What Kids Will Learn
Students will learn step-by-step how to combine design and art with electronics to make their own "smart" fabric wearables!
They’ll walk away with the skills to create many other cool projects themselves! Things like:

✅ Adding a "futuristic" touch to so-so outfits
✅ Creating one-of-a-kind gifts that wow their friends

PRACTICAL Skills
Beyond engaging in 9 fun sessions, students are going to pick up a new set of valuable skills — from design thinking to sewing, making, and then electronics.

What's Included
9 REAL-TIME Virtual Sessions
*Each session will be recorded in case your child misses a class.
Students will be attending 45-minute hands-on sessions once a week for 9 weeks. For their safety, all lessons will be delivered via Zoom or Google Meet.
Class Options:
Tuesdays from April 13 to June 8
OR Thursdays from April 15 to June 10
Time: 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm
Maker's Tool Kit
A box of ready-to-use supplies comes with this program and BitSpace will be delivering them to Palmer Elementary School before the program starts.
