Hands-On Tools in a Hands-Off World: Harness Rapid Prototyping to engage K12 students even if you're teaching virtually
Hosted by 3D Universe, leaders in maker education and digital fabrication.
If you've got a 3D printer or laser cutter at your school and you're wondering what to do with them now that you're teaching remotely or via a hybrid model, this is the session for you!
Join us this Saturday to learn how to bridge the space between a completely hands-on learning environment with remote learning – without having to put in huge amounts of time, effort, and energy.
We're taking everything we've learned from using our makerspace tools to rethink how we do "hands-on learning" and how we engaged students via 100% online summer camps. so that we can share our best tips, tricks and strategies with you. At the end of this session, you'll be ready to power those 3D printers & laser cutters on & get your students truly excited and motivated to learn – no matter where they are!
What You'll Walk Away With

Tried & true strategies to incorporate 3D printing & laser cutting into your remote or hybrid course design
